Es ist 1996 … und Lucasfilm bringt mit "Shadows Of The Empire" ein komplettes Merchandise-Lineup bestehend aus Soundtrack, Videospiel, Buch, Comics, Trading Cards, Action Figuren und vielen weiteren Artikeln auf den Markt - nur einen Film, den gibt es nicht. Shadows Of the Empire, das Projekt auch bezeichnet als"A movie without a movie" liefert eine Story zwischen Episode V und VI rund um das Verbrecher-Mastermind Xizor die es in sich hat. Und wer vermisst schon einen Han Solo, wenn Dash Rendar ihm Konkurrenz in Punkto Schiff und coole Sprüche macht? Zusammen mit Thilo schaue ich zurück auf dieses aus heutiger Sicht leicht bizarre aber auf jeden Fall einzigartige Projekt das viele tolle Facetten bietet und eine interessante Hintergrundgeschichte hat.
